Truecaller identifies and blocks unknown callers to keep its users safe. Our campaign for the brand centered on the feeling of not knowing who is contacting you and with which intentions. We created a series of surreal images where the subject’s identities were distorted just beyond recognition. Using deepfake technology by leading AI studio Metaphysics (famous for the deep fake version of Tom Cruise on TikTok), we created a TVC with supermodel Caroline Winberg. The campaign rolled out across Sweden and was also shown on Times Square in NYC.
